A Collaborative Group

We are a collaborative group, involving the government, the private sector and non-profit organizations, with the following objectives:
- To discuss the findings from the Megacity Study on Jabodetabekjur (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi-Cianjur).
- To realize seed projects resulting from the Sustainable Jakarta Convention.
- To foster the exchange of ideas and facilitate discussions on the key findings.
- To stimulate the development of new integrated solutions for becoming a sustainable global city.
- To facilitate network development amongst key stakeholders relevant for the implementation process of such solutions.
We have organized this website as a vehicle to facilitate the following:
- Integrated assessment on sustainable development trends in Jabodetabekjur.
- Identification and prioritization of actions for improving Jabodetabekjur’s sustainable development.
- A network of stakeholders to implement the recommended action plans and programmes.
Experts with a variety of backgrounds covering transportation, water, housing, energy, waste, and finance, among others have contributed to support progress in the realization of a sustainable Jakarta.
